Some weddings bring together two families. Vanda and Kunal’s wedding brought together two cultures, two continents of guests, and one of the most spectacular settings in all of New York City.
On June 26, 2026, they celebrated their wedding at 620 Loft and Garden in Midtown Manhattan, a rooftop venue steps from St. Patrick’s Cathedral with views of the Empire State Building, Top of the Rock, and the full Manhattan skyline in every direction. The celebration was exactly as joyful, colorful, and meaningful as the couple who planned it.
They came to O’Neil Events because they wanted their wedding day to be picture perfect and run smoothly from start to finish.
The Venue: 620 Loft and Garden, Midtown Manhattan
There is no ceremony backdrop in New York City quite like the rooftop garden at 620 Loft and Garden. St. Patrick’s Cathedral rises directly behind the altar, its Gothic spires framing every photograph with the kind of architectural grandeur that belongs in a film. The manicured green lawn, red flowering borders, and gold chiavari chairs created a ceremony space that felt both intimate and monumental at the same time.
Bride and Blossom designed the florals throughout the day, blush, pink, and white roses clustered at the end of each aisle row, a full floral arch as the ceremony backdrop, and the kind of lush, romantic arrangements that complement the venue’s natural drama without competing with it.
The ceremony was accompanied by Rebel Strings LLC, whose violin performance elevated every moment of the processional and ceremony with live music that filled the open-air rooftop beautifully.
Top of the Rock — The Most Memorable Wedding Portrait in NYC
After the ceremony, Vanda and Kunal headed to Top of the Rock, and the floral arch waiting for them there was one of the most distinctive wedding installations we have ever been part of. Designed by Bride and Blossom, the arch was an explosion of color: sunflowers, peonies, roses, wisteria, and tropical foliage in yellow, orange, hot pink, purple, and green, with soccer balls woven throughout in a nod to Kunal’s love of the game.
Behind them: the full Manhattan skyline, the Empire State Building centered perfectly between the arch. In front of them: every color in the spectrum and a detail that no one at that wedding will ever forget.
Kunal’s navy sherwani jacket and Vanda’s clean-lined strapless satin gown with a belted waist looked extraordinary against that backdrop.

The reception at 620 Loft brought everything together, with catering by Acquolina, a team known for bringing genuine Italian culinary craft to New York City events, and entertainment by 07 Event Group, who kept the energy alive across a room of guests from two continents and multiple generations.
A photobooth by Selfie Booth gave guests a way to capture their own memories from the night, and Blue Balloon Parties ensured the youngest guests had their own celebration within the celebration.
BOJAN HOHNJEC STUDIO documented the entire day with the kind of precision and artistry that a wedding of this scale deserves, from the ceremony rooftop to Top of the Rock to the reception floor.
